Returns

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

  • Items returned after 30 days
